I had a great stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were extremely clean and smelled fresh, with 2 comfortable queen beds which made my evening after a late check-in at 11:00 pm a pleasant one. The service was a bit dismissive initially, but the staff was very helpful and kind during the rest of my stay. The location was excellent for exploring the area, although the dining options were a bit limited. The facilities were well-maintained and the value for money was fair.

The hotel's room size was smaller than expected, and the whirlpool was still being filled, which was a letdown for me as I had booked the whirlpool suite in room 103. Despite that, the service was mostly courteous, with a few instances of dismissal. The location was perfect for my needs, close to my daughter's house and downtown but somewhat crowded. The dining experience was better than in most places, offering a variety beyond just bread options. The pool area needed a bit of soundproofing but was decent overall.
